Paul – Associate Director, Biostatistics and SAS Programming
Paul has over 14 years in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry. He holds a Ph.D in Mathematics from University in China and a MS in statistics and MS in computer science from Indiana University.
As a Statistical Consultant, he designed and generated SDTM and ADaM datasets using SAS. He also developed SAS programs to create tables, listings and graphs for Phase I, II, and III clinical trials.
Relevant Project Experience:
- Convert data from flat file, ACCESS, EXCEL, SPSS and SPLUS to SAS datasets
- Write SAS macro using ods rtf and proc report to generate customized table/listing for client
- Write edit check specification document, and create edit check SAS program to create discrepancies dataset for the clinical data.
- Write SAS program to extract clinical data from the Oracle Database to create SAS datasets
Samuel - IT/Oracle Developer
Sam has over 9 years in application development with a background in web development, database programming and full system life cycle development process. Sam has intensive knowledge of Clintrial CTMS, Oracle and PL/SQL.

- Additional strengths include, Certified DYNIX/ptx (unix) System Administrator with 2 years of experience in Operating System set-up, disk management, system/kernel configuration, and tuning & performance.
Glen - Project Leader/Developer
Glen brings several years of extensive technical leadership experience to the company. With his many years in the Software industry, he has proven himself in strong technical engineering roles as well as all aspects of the development cycle.
As an Engineer with Microsoft Corporation, he was responsible for shipping wide areas of the Visual Studio product line. Glen took the lead on areas such as Globalization, Accessibility and Performance for the Web Application, .Net, C# and VB features. He was responsible for scheduling, planning and cost analysis, as well as his programming roles. In addition he was called upon for communicating and establishing deadlines, triage requirements and technical scope of projects for several cross team projects.
Over the span of more than 20 years in the software and engineering industry, Glen has proven an expert command of programming, analysis, database administration and reporting. He has taught adult education classes in programming and business clients in everything from computer usage to database query and design.
